Artists Against Hate is a loose collective of dozens of Chicago's finest artists (and friends!) who believe in the power of art as resistance.
Founded by Dawn Xiana Moon in January 2017, we were born in response to election of Donald Trump and his administration's xenophobia, misogyny, and racism. We're musicians, circus performers, dancers, magicians, writers, visual artists, firespinners, and more dedicated to making the world a better place for all people, not just the powerful or privileged.
Hurricane Maria hit the 3.4 million US citizens in Puerto Rico with the fifth strongest storm in US history, and the island is still woefully under-resourced. We're doing our part to help.
